My pants are fitting looser after three weeks, and I actually forgot I had a candy drawer because the cravings just stopped. The gummy texture is pleasant and not chalky like some vitamins, plus no sugar crash afterward.

Three weeks in and my afternoon sugar cravings have genuinely quieted down—I used to raid the pantry around 3pm, now I just pop one of these with lunch and forget about it. The zero-sugar thing matters to me, and the texture is pleasantly chewy, not at all chalky like some vitamins I've tried.

I was skeptical about another gummy supplement, but the fact it targets the AMPK enzyme actually convinced me to try it. My afternoon sugar cravings have noticeably quieted down, and I don't get that post-lunch crash anymore.
