We’ve tried every trick in the book, but the kids’ chewable is what finally broke the cycle—they’re asleep in twenty minutes, and my husband and I follow with our own gummies. No melatonin grogginess, just a calm fade that actually feels natural.

We've had the same bedtime routine for years, so having one set that covers both our restless kid and my own racing brain is a game-changer. The kids' version seems to take the edge off without any of that melatonin grogginess, and my sleep has been noticeably deeper this week. It's the first night

The kids were out cold in twenty minutes, and my husband and I actually followed them—no melatonin hangover the next morning. The calm-first approach really works when we stick to the routine together.
